DIY-To save on decorations I just took branches from my yard, spray painted them white and added deconstructed cotton balls. Then I hung sparkled snowflakes from Walmart.
I had the parents and children make a frozen wreath. Just take a small metal circle and tie tulle around it. Pretty and simple!
I found this great ballon drop bag at party city. I filled it with all white balloons and we made it snow!! It was a HUGE hit!!
