Anthropologie inspired table setting
Tonight my husbands Aunt and Uncle are in town from Holland and I have cooked a nice meal for them(recipe to come). I am OBSESSED with anything jute so when I found these placemats I was stoked!! Did I just say stoked?moving on….I added my favorite glasses, good ole mason jars, and a simple pink napkin for added fun! I will be serving water in the milk jars. I believe that going that extra mile when entertaining really takes a dinner party to the next level and your guest will never forget the effort!
The Perfect Guest Room
I finally am lucky enough to have a room designated just for my guests. I wanted to make my guests feel like they were staying at a hotel so I thought about what I always have at a hotel that makes me feel at home and I tried to do that in my guest room.

Here is a simple way to keep backpacks, hats and jackets from getting all cluttered by the front door. This adorable piece was given to me for my birthday as a gift but I know my friends got it from etsy. I found the letters from Michael’s and just hung them on for a pop of color and a way to know whose hook belongs to whom. It’s an easy way to stay organized plus it looks cute too!

So now that I’ve moved into a new house I am reorganizing all of my drawers and closets so I should have some new organizational ideas for everyone. Here is my new mason jar spice drawer that cost me very little to do. The jars were $1.99 from bed bath and beyond and I found these two spice jar inserts from there as well for $14.99. I then used Averys design center and printed my own spice labels. Give it a try!
