Here are some ways to achieve the look of a boho farmhouse! Below are pictures of homes I have designed. 

A bakers rack is a cool modern farmhouse way to add some character to your home and display your dishes and knick knacks. Use crates for storage to add some farmhouse charm!

Vintage four post beds are a great way to add vintage charm and character to a modern boho farmhouse. I painted the bed above with chalk paint and  found this bed spread with attached ruffle bed skirt for some added romance.

No farmhouse is complete without milk bottles! These are “vintage” milk bottles I found at Homegoods! Fill them with juice, water or even flowers for an added farmhouse feel!

Large roman numeral clocks made of wood are a great way to add a farmhouse touch. Painted with different color pies adds that color that give it a more boho feel. I had this one made for me for only $150 and I painted the pies myself with chalk paint… of course!

Distressed and colorful pieces of furniture are a great way to add fun to a space! The piece above is actually a wall shelf that I used as a side table and had each drawer painted for that extra pop of fun! Guess what paint I used :).

Vintage tufted sofas and slipcovered sofas are very boho farmhouse. A colorful, distressed rug adds the pops of color needed for more of that boho look!

I found this vintage wagon at an antique store and I knew it would be perfect as a coffee table! Thinking out of the box and using unconventional pieces for uses other then what’s expected adds some fun and character to any space!

Ship lap, a hanging sink and vintage flooring are all a great way to add farmhouse appeal. Add fun pops of color with towels and bath mats for a more boho look.

Distressed painted wood floor is an unexpected choice and so vintage and so charming! These floors are by Anderson. This can also be a great DIY project if you are handy! I paired the floors with a cane back bed and white linens for added vintage character.

No farmhouse is complete with out a farm table! the more distressed the better. A farm table made of barn wood is great because it’s often very old wood that has changed colors over time that gives it that perfect vintage look you want in a farm table! Add fun placemats and glasses to give it a boho vibe!

White slipcovered  sofas are great in any farmhouse! They are relaxed and easy to clean! Add a colorful boho rug and some throw pillows and blankets for an added boho vibe!
